Location: This hotel is located in the commercial area and there is a shopping mall behind this within a walking distance of 2 minutes. The hotel is well located with a high story building and with plenty rooms and parking space. Parking is not free and it is expensive.

About hotel interiors: This 4 star hotel is well decorated with excellent interiors and amazing ambience. The highlight of the interior is the long sculpture placed at the centre of the hotel which graces the interiors. At the ground floor you can visit souvenir shop and a cafe. The first floor is dedicated entirely to dine in with plenty of tables to occupy all the guests.

Rooms: Ours was a group booking for 50 persons. Each room was having may be queen size beds*2 separately. The room was clean and well maintained. But according to me Bathrooms were little bit small and conjusted to use.

Complimentary breakfast: Breakfast menu was continental. With breads, meats which includes eggs, bacon, beef etc., croissants, cake and omelette was served in demand. Salads, yogurts, oat meal, corn flakes were there. In short it was as usual like all other hotels. They have got ample of space for the breakfast and guests can enjoy the food with good ambience and surrounding view.

Staff: Staff were good but according to me some of the reception staff would be required more training to understand the customer needs. I enquired them about the availability of the charging adapter but she was unable to understand the requirement. She was not able to speak English properly.( dint remember her name).

Amenities: This hotel provides the amenities like swimming pool , spas and a gym at the top floor. Swimming pool is temperature controlled and it’s filled with warm water during cold weather. Gym equipment’s are also good.

Overall it’s a best...

We choose this hotel as we have big event nearby and this hotel was still available at the moment and seemed that it has very good conditions to offer us. We booked 1 room for 2 person with king size bed and get a room on 15th floor - view was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Furtnitures are tidy and 90's style but this is ok. Looking on detials it was visible that rooms or common spaces needs restauration. But overall hotel is giving you nice vibes. Bathroom was also ok - only disadvantage was visible mold on the bathroom sealing which means that there is not enough ventilaiton in the bathroom. Basic cosmetics available in the bathroom to use. Food - very good both from menu card and breakfest. Many positions to choose from at breakfest, no lines to coffe machines, vege options of milks etc. Service - very proffesional, very nice and welcomming. Very good english language skills on reception. Parking- no comments as we traveled by train to Prague and used public transport- hotel is very close to nearby bus and tram station and shopping mall - this is adventage. The biggest disadvantage (which is not available both on booking and hotel page while reservation online) - spa (pool, sauna etc) is not included into room price. This was quite surprising and very dissapointing. This is 4star hotel for which you are paying some good money and this is unneccaptable that such information is not avaiable while booking online nor while checking in in the hotel but you are notified when you are getting to the 24 floor to use it and nice service man is informin you that you shall not pass if you won't pay...disappointing and embarrassing. This should not take place in 4star hotel - hidden costs and no info. Very bad politics and...

My husband and I stayed at the Panorama Hotel in Prague for two nights to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and from the moment we arrived we felt so welcome.

The hotel itself is beautiful and located in a quiet part of the city. It is about a 20-minute drive to the Old Town and main historical sites, but we didn’t find that a problem at all – Ubers were very cheap, always clean, and got us around with no hassle.

Our room was immaculate, spacious, and had a huge, comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and we loved that the large window could be opened for fresh air. Everything felt very well maintained – the lifts (there are four) were always working and quick.

One of the highlights was the pool and spa area on the 24th floor – the views over the city were absolutely stunning! We didn’t try breakfast or the hotel restaurants so can’t comment on those, but the lobby bar was lovely and had a nice outdoor seating area for drinks.

The staff were fantastic throughout our stay – friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A special touch that really made our trip memorable was coming back to our room after a day of sightseeing to find a handwritten note and a bottle of champagne wishing us a happy anniversary. Such a thoughtful surprise!

Another bonus is that there’s a large shopping mall just a five-minute walk from the hotel, with lots of great shops and food options.

Overall, we would highly recommend Panorama Hotel to anyone visiting Prague who is happy to stay a little outside the Old Town. It’s a beautiful, well-run hotel with excellent staff, peaceful surroundings, and wonderful facilities. We couldn’t have asked for a better...

My 2 weeks stay at the hotel were absolutely great! The staff is exemplary, the hotel looks great and classy and cozy even though you can tell is not a new, modern one. But somehow it has its charm even like this. It also has so many services on its premises… restaurants, pool, gym (best I’ve seen so far in hotels), massages, sauna etc. The breakfast is amazing, big area with different types of food to choose from, even small corner for Czech or Asian cuisine. Rooms are big, you have desk to work at and windows that open slightly for fresh air. You have drier and amenities in the bathroom, a full mini fridge with every kind of drink you can think of and some snacks and sweets. They lend you an iron if needed. Depending on the room, you can get some beautiful views of the city and sunset/sunrise. The location is very good, especially when metro will be running again in 2026. But even so, public transport in Prague is one of the best and there are tram services available. Next to the hotel you have Arkady mall, which offers you everything you might need, including a big supermarket. If I’d have to make some negative comments: • elevator takes quite long in the morning when everyone is using it (there are 4 elevators, but even so) • breakfast area can get crowded between 7:30-8:30 and there is not enough staff to clean and rearrange the tables fast enough • the TV in the room is way too old and small for how big the room is and how far away the bed • the carpet was discolored in places

As a hotel and restaurant reviewer, I was thoroughly impressed by my stay at the Panorama Hotel in Prague. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the modern yet welcoming ambiance—spacious, impeccably clean, and staffed by courteous professionals who made check-in seamless. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect balance of comfort and functionality. My room featured a plush bed, excellent soundproofing, and a panoramic view of the city that truly lived up to the hotel's name. The housekeeping staff maintained the space meticulously throughout my stay. Breakfast was a highlight: a generous buffet featuring both hot and cold options, fresh fruit, pastries, and barista-quality coffee—well above the standard for hotels in this category. The restaurant area was calm and well-managed, making for a pleasant start to each day. A bonus is the hotel's location: just a short and enjoyable walk to the nearby Arkády Pankrác shopping mall, offering a wide range of shops, cafés, and local amenities. This convenience added great value to my experience. Overall, the Panorama Hotel delivers excellence across all key aspects—accommodation, dining, service, and location. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers seeking quality and comfort in Prague.
