Bap the Korean cuisine — Restaurant in Aarhus Municipality

I was regular customer. I ate there 4-5 times alone and also recommend to some friends. However, the dish was always different, no standard and consistency. It sucks because you don’t know what you will get every time. The last time I order food I let the employee know. And she was really rude. She said they are many employees bla bla bla. She even insult me saying “stupid” really loud when I took a seat nearby. We were 6 people, literally ruin my night. Never got insulted in my life, train the employees! Find standards, and maintain quality! Hire people who likes their job! Not dead people walking that don’t even care...

I've ordered the same dish from you a couple of times over the last few years, the beef bibimbap, and I was expecting to have more or less the same dish that I've ordered before. Tonight's food was probably some of the worst take away I've ever had. Bland, tasteless beef that was totally burnt to a crisp and dry as a leather shoe. Honestly not fit for human consumption. bulgogi was exceptionally bad. Whoever made this couldn’t even be bothered to first watch a YouTube video on how to make this dish. They were not sliced meat, but rather tasted like chewy chunks of dry beef overcooked in soy sauce and sugar, mixed with raw garlic. No flavor at all.
