This Asian shop in the middle of Aarhus stocks a large variety of all things Asian. It does focus more on the Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine. It carries a large selection of instant noodles and even some semi fresh udon and ramen noodles. The instant noodles is largely focused towards noodles from Korea and Thailand where Nong shin and yum yum is extremely popular. They also carry a ton of, condiments, spice and spice mixes, a quite large fresh produce section, a couple of freezers of things like won ton and dumpling wrappers, frozen fish and frozen dumplings. The only thing missing, is a larger variety of all things Japan. They do carry the obligatory things for sushi, but the rice variety japonica is from Holland and Italy but will do of course. Great little Asian supermarket that stocks everything you need for Chinese, Japanese and Korean cuisine. The prices are very reasonable and I would definitely recommend going there for items such as tofu and curry paste, they are just a fraction of the price you would pay in the Danish supermarkets. For my experience the best asian market outside of Copenhagen. A little bit messy bit clean. There are lot of products from all over Asia. I was searching for Korean food and I've found different kind of. The freezer is clean and the package inside doesn't show a problem in the freezing process.
