About four years back we stumbled upon Viet Food Street Kitchen's former restaurant out in Odense. They've since started this new restaurant in Aarhus. We get authentic Vietnamese food in San Jose, CA, a highly Vietnamese populated town. So when we travel, we're always on the look out for authentic Vietnamese food. We've tried plenty. We only follow those that are deliciously authentic. The owner is sweet and friendly and her staff is just as delightful.
