Very bad service for big group of people!

We went there tonight (Tuesday) with a group of people (around 20). The restaurant placed us at two long separate tables even though we were one group. We merge the tables together by ourselves - and the waitress was clearly annoyed by this. She continued to be annoyed when we pointed out that the menu contains coriander. We kindly asked if they could serve us the food without the coriander and was met with the answer that we could move it ourselves or order something else! Later on when the waitress was taking orders from our table she "forgot" me and my boss. We waited patiently and even told another waiter that some of us haven't order yet and he responded "ok" and left the table. We waited a little longer and then approached him again to pointed out that we still haven't order food yet!! Very bad service. It just seems like they didn't care. Even when we were leaving they asked: "did you have a nice service??" dooohhh we responded "no" and they were like "ok". It was a Tuesday night - we don't wanna see them serving for a large group on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday night with lots of people in the restaurant!! They obviously can't handle a big group of people!

PS the only good thing is that they have a menu card with vegan options! But the food isn't that good when you have tried alternatives in CPH (ex Llama...

I had dinner here as a dine-in guest and ordered a shrimp dish and a burger. The shrimp was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. The staff were incredibly polite, clean, well-dressed, and very hardworking. The environment of the restaurant is beautiful, with a nice option to sit either inside or out on the balcony.

However, the burger was a terrible experience. The first time it arrived, it was completely raw inside. I asked for it to be cooked more, and they kindly brought me another one. That one was slightly better cooked, but still raw in the middle and had a very bad smell and taste — it made me feel nauseous. I asked them again to cook it more, and they brought yet another burger. They even kindly offered me a free drink while I waited. But unfortunately, the third burger was still not edible. I couldn’t eat it, and the entire plate was left untouched.

Since eating there last night, I’ve had an upset stomach and feel unwell. The meat had a very unpleasant odor and taste.

That said, I truly appreciate the effort and kindness of the staff — they tried three times and were extremely respectful throughout. They also insisted on not charging me for the drinks, which I really...

First walking in waitress sees us and passes right in front of us, so customer service went down the drain right there and then! Then we get seated to a dirty table that’s sticky food is by far mediocre we waited 20 minute for our food, their bread with lime mayo 1st is not even bread if anything two tiny muffins! Or biscuits 2nd the burger was bland no seasoning whatsoever the fries cold. Then the people sitting in front of us (SAME WAITRESS) looks at them and she goes the other way because apparently customer service isn’t a thing at this overrated place and then me and the other customer laugh how the waitress made eye contact with us but walks the other way. Case on point terrible place Bad service! Terrible food! Waiting is not even worth the wait for what you get served my recommendation...
