I've been excited to try this promising looking pizzeria, so I cycled 20km to get here, and it was well worth the effort!! Friendly staff, cozy little spot to eat in, although only room for a few people plus a couple more on the sidewalk. Crust was perfection, nice and crisp yet chewy, delightfully thin, although it wasn't able to hold up to the toppings in the center, but that is forgiveable. Sauce was exactly as it should be, nice and pure, and the toppings were fresh, beautiful, and plentiful. Service: Servicen var super god og rigtigt sødt personale og god stemning i butikken.
Maden: Det er bestemt IKKE et sted, der kan lave hvide pizzaer, desværre. Ost og marcarpone som bund var så skrabet, at man næsten ikke kunne fornemme, at der var andet end dej under fyldet. Råvarerne på pizzaen var egentligt meget fine, men smagssammensætningen var ikke et hit. Gode søde tomater, dog var der meget salt tilstede i pizzaen og der var en syre, til at lave et modspil. Pestoen var der for lidt af og ville personligt tilføje en balsamico glace ovenpå, for at det gav lidt kant til pizzaen.
Selve pizza dejen var nu egentligt helt udmærket, men det er bestemt ikke en pizza, jeg kan anbefale eller vil prøve igen. Tester næste gang en med tomatsauce og ser, om de kan finde ud af det.
Pris i forhold til maden: Prisen var 78kr. og ud fra råvarer osv, så er prisen nu egentligt helt okay. Du betaler nemt en 100kr+ for en pizza alle andre steder i dag, så prisen fejler...
