Kulinaris — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

I recently found Kulinaris through a Google search for healthy restaurants in Copenhagen. As a big fan of grain bowls and salads, I seek them out wherever I travel and fix them almost daily at my home, approximately 30 miles north of New York City. Kulinaris is the most gourmet, high quality bowl/salad/sandwich place I've encountered anywhere. Without exaggeration, I think the owner/server is a master of culinary creation. I had the California bowl, which contains a variety of specialty greens, delectably-seasoned chicken, sliced avocado, and red onions; I skipped the bacon. The subtle flavor of the mild curry dressing perfectly complements (and doesn't overwhelm) the salad fixings, so each bite is a unique blend of the various ingredients. Wow! Bestilte 12 retter i fredags – 5 pizzaer, 5 sandwich og 2 salater. Da jeg kom for at afhente var kun pizzaerne klar og 1 sandwich, der gik yderligere 25 minutter før de sidste retter var klar. Til den tid var pizzaerne i bedste fald lunkne. Deres menukort på hjemmesiden matcher ikke menukortet i butikken, så ekspedienten kendte ikke til en del af retterne hvilket også gav problemer i forhold til hvad vi fik. Opdagede selv at der manglede en salat som blev rettet inden jeg forlod butikken, men der var desværre yderligere en salat der var blevet til en sandwich. Sandwichene var gode. Pizzabundene var samme tykkelse hele vejen igennem; altså ikke som når man slynger dejen og får en tyk skorpe – mindede lidt om de pizzabunde man kan købe i supermarkedet.
