Pico Pizza — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

My partner and I went here various times on our trip. We notified that outside you could get 20% off your pizza so after a few of our visits we asked if we could get this. The waitress said that the 20% is only for online orders. Totally fine, but it does not say that outside whatsoever. Then a few days later we make an online order and we are very tech savvy yet we couldn’t find anywhere to input a code/discount. When we arrive for the pizza we let them know that there wasn’t an option to and they just said that there is you have to swipe along. We said that there was no place to so do. They then admitted they don’t know how the app works, disappointing. We even asked to show them and ask them if they can see it because we wanted to know and they were extremely uninterested. Definitely felt played around by the staff which is unusual for cph as the people we meet are very friendly, understanding and usually want to help you. Went there last Friday evening with my 8-month pregnant cousin without a reservation. We asked for a table and we were told that there is one reservation that no one had turned up for and if they don't come in the next few minutes, we can take their table. We saw two empty tables right in front of us. We waited outside. Stood for 10 minutes, nobody turned up for a reservation in the meantime. We were ignored by the staff completely during that time so we asked if we can take the table they offered. There seemed to be some confusion, two members of staff were talking to each other then one came out and said that there is no table they can offer, there was a mistake. Our first meal in Copenhagen. Coming from Florence we weren't too sure if pizza here was the right choice, but Pico amazed us. A super small and cozy place. Order with a QR code and drinks are ordered with the waitress. She was friendly too. We got 2x their trio of pizza and it was fantastic. The Sweet Cheesus and the Rosemary Bacon pizza were insane. Probably one of the best pizzas I have EVER HAD. And all gluten free on request for an extra 8 per pizza. The alioli the best I've ever had and I've tried a few in Copenhagen so far!
