Hiko Sandwich — Restaurant in Frederiksberg Municipality

The best sandwich place I’ve ever been to. First time I tried it was years ago spontaneously. It looked small and not the best on the outside. The store is the perfect example of why you should not judge a book by its cover. The sandwiches are very large, they don’t skimp out on condiments. The taste is very nice, the lady who works there (except evenings and maybe weekends) is extraordinarily service oriented and nice to chat with. She mostly remembers what you want on your sandwich and cracks jokes or adds funny comments based on what you’re picking.

Overall it’s just a very nice experience, if I had to be picky maybe a couple more options to pick for your sandwich like smoked salmon for instance would make it complete.

They got sandwitches tre hat are worth the money, i recomend the pesto. And the service is very personal in a nice way, i went to school nerby and when i forgot my lunch i went there because it tastes good and is what i would call on the...

Efter at have ventet i længere tid pga. travlhed, så blev det endelig min tur til at bestille. I samme tid med jeg bestiller min sandwich, så spørger jeg pænt ind til om brødet jeg har bestilt, kan varmes lidt ekstra, hvor jeg så får et "NEJ", spørger så om hvorfor det ikke kan lade sig gøre, hvor han siger ordret "der er for travlt, det har jeg ikke tid til".

Meget dårlig kundeservice, som kunne have været helt anderledes, hvis man bare tog en af de andre kunder, imens brødet lige fik 1 min ekstra på grillen eller bare have givet brødet lidt ekstra.
