La Tradizionale Pizzeria — Restaurant in Frederiksberg Municipality

Pizza was okay, but online ordering as well as customer service was not okay. I used their online system to order 2 pizzas. Pick up 30 min later, sure no problem, confirm and pay. 5 minutes later I receive a text, pizzas delayed 20 minutes. If I had known before confirming, I would have ordered somewhere else. Anyway, I went down to pick them up 9 minutes before the delayed delivery and was told it would be 10 minutes. Some 10 to 15 minutes later I was asked what I was waiting for, now the message was another 10 minutes wait. The owner or manager got very aggressive and started arguing asking if I wanted the pizza or not. Well you know what, nope I for sure wont come back. There was nothing written about a delivery fee and in the ended up paying 200 DKK just for the delivery. For this good amount of money the delivery could at least be punctual but it was 20 mins late. We ordered a family pizza, which is totally not worth only if your family consists out of 2 people. But also then u would save money by taking two...

Bad service. Cold food. Zero stars was not an option. Dont book online. Continues delay, when waiting at the shop. Food not ready at the same time, One pizza was cold when handed over, the other hot. They did not accept credit card for buying of bags....
