Original Sushi — Restaurant in Frederiksberg Municipality

This was recommended by someone close to the area, and my understanding is that it has a degree of local reputation. I'm not sure if you'll really need to book, as I was only here once for a late evening meal takeaway, and brought a friend back the next day for an early dinner.

I had their sweet veggie sushi set on both occasions, as meat-free wise I didn't feel there were anything else viable. I asked to have wakame instead of edameme as the side on both occasions without issue. Although I'm aware that at time of writing, there's a 20DKK off offer if you make your order online, I didn't take it as I really wanted some Japanese style seaweed.

I recognise it could just be luck, but I was really impressed by how fresh the wakame felt. I really enjoyed what was on the rest of that plate too. It was filling.

My friend enjoyed her order too.

Their wasabi was stronger than I imagined, even though generous amounts were available.
