Food maybe good and the atmosphere was decent for a Friday night as it was busy. Started with a phone call on the phone 30 mins heads up got the table booked but it wasn't needed as they only asked if we had a booking and told us the direction for a table round the corner where there were 2 tables for 2 people so we just chose 1 and sat down and this was without asking us our name or anything so didn't think nothing of it. It was just 1 Chinese old lady running around taking care of a dozen tables a few other taff behind the counter on drinks etc. Came up about 5 minutes later gave us the menus and tablet to order from and went way tried to call her few times to ask questions but then had to go up to her when she just asked me to go back to my table and order from the tablet and she will come when she did 10 minutes later the mrs wanted all you can eat sushi and I was there for dim sum and she said that wasn't possible and started having a rant quite loudly infront of other customers when we tried to ask 1 or 2 more questions about the food that it's all as says on the menu she can't babysit us as she is the only person working as a waiter and that we should ask her boss to recruit more people if we have a problem with it etc. At this point not only was I unhappy with the service but truth be told a little embarrassed after which she left us to it and walked away and we just decided to up and leave. My recommendation maybe try it on a quieter day maybe the food is good I wouldn't know the atmosphere was decent but watch out for the staff she'll treat you like a child and feel free to scold you or...
Read moreToday was a really bad experience. We were about to order online 1 dim sum offer menu for 248 kr - no min number of persons required - we eventually decided to go to the restaurant. We did ask for the offer upfront. They didn’t offer the equivalent of the menu we could order online. So we ordered another dim sum menu - first we were told that this offer is more expensive during weekends (that’s perhaps the reason why the restaurant was totally empty). Second and this was the really bad surprise it’s only upon paying the bill that we were informed that this menu offer was required an order for min 2 persons. So instead of what we wanted to order online for 248 kr plus 5 kr pack we ended up paying 576 kr for the offer menu. Yes there was a lot of food - but we didn’t need that in the first place. Yes the food was good but since we thought we were in all good faith ordering one menu we even ordered a couple of sashimi meaning that they could have been kind enough to specify that you can only order this offer for a min of two persons. They didn’t and that’s absolutely not fair so watch out!!! We have been there before it’s definitely much cheaper to order a la carte or to order online. This offer business was a very bad deal for us. We ended up paying 777 kr 🤨. Considering that we were only 6 customers they can’t argue that they were too busy to take one minute to clarify the situation upfront. Anyways too bad, too late We will definitely not go there again. You can’t say we have...
