They don’t deserve any starts at all for they way they treated us and our kids. Annoyingly RACIST. When we first came in and got a place to sit, we waited for like 10 minutes to be heard, while two other families came in after us and got their orders before us. We were noticed only after raising our hands and calling for a waiter to take our orders. Our kids were playing with other kids. They all started making noises, then we told our kids to keep it down. Immediately came a waiter and told the kids to be silent, especially pointing to our kids. We were the only brown people and he came straight to us to complain about it in a rude way. He didn’t go to the other families which their kids were also playing there. We were so uncomfortable, also for our kids and we collected our kids telling them to take a pause. An old lady waiter came with our order but only to be a wrong one, and our drink without a straw. As I tried to tell her about i, she pretended not to understand what I was saying. Finally she threw the straws on the table, very rude and unprofessional. We lost our appetite and decided to leave. We had Such a disappointing and bad experience. We were so lucky to find out that restaurant for late lunch after visiting Frederiksborg castle. The atmosphere was very cozy, we sat at the yard, next to a little pond with golden fish. The service was very attentive, food arrived fast, portions were huge. The food was excellent! We had a side salad with every meal (included) which was delicious.
