Really recommend the vegetarian panini. They’re possibly the most flavourful ones I’ve gotten. It’s for sure not a blan vege choice. Coming back for especially that panini. Also the atmosphere is so warm and communal so it feels like a very down to earth place you can just relax - like it was your own livingroom. For drinks I’ve both tried hot ginger and chai- and nothing to complain about. So yeah if you are looking for a good spot to relax and eat something in Hillerød. This is a great spot.

I was looking for a place where i could eat a good vegetarian sandwich and that's exactly what i found there :) The veggie panini was delicious but I also discovered that they also serve an excellent coffee and a great selection of local beers. The place is well arranged and the staff is nice and heart-warming. I think you get that I loved this place. So see u soon maybe and thank you :)

Gulerodsbollen manglede måske lidt salt og var måske lidt for fugtig i bunden? Betalte 90 kr. for en lille latte og en bolle med den gode ost. Umiddelbart rimelig dyrt taget hele oplevelsen i betragtning 😬 Nice der var en ok mængde ost, det har de ikke været så nærige med. Ham (tror det var en mand - havde høretelefoner på så var ikke mega opmærksom), der serverede maden spurgte måske lidt for høj(lyd)t, om det var mig der havde bestilt en bolle med ost. Virkede lidt mærkeligt. Syntes også der alligevel gik et par minutter mere, end jeg lige umiddelbart havde forventet, før jeg fik maden. Fik kaffen først. Fik en lækker nok siddeplads med flere puder. Må der komme hund ind? Jeg har ikke noget i mod hunde som sådan. Det var bare lidt frastødende. Ved ikke lige om det hører til med så lidt plads og uden snor endda 🤷‍♂️ Synes umiddelbart ikke jeg oplevede nogen mega god service.

Absolutely loved this place. We grabbed coffees to go and some cinnamon rolls to enjoy by the water, then came back later for four paninis to eat on the drive home. The service was fantastic—staff let us know up front it would be 15–20 minutes because the café was packed. It ended up being about 25 minutes, which was totally reasonable, and the paninis were perfect and really well packed. We stopped at this unique cafe on the way to Frederiksborg Slot since the castle doesn't open until 10 am. We were impressed by the service and the atmosphere and made friends with the cafe dog, an amiable black poodle. We had the yogurt with granola and lattes, but they have a lot more on offer and some interesting and unique lunch options.
