Kabyssen - The Pantry ApS — Restaurant in Holbæk Municipality

I went there to have a cup of coffee to take away with my partner, to go for a walk along the harbor. Wasn’t sure we could get any, since non of us drink milk.

To our surprise, they had oat drink, which they could both put in a regular cup of coffee and in a more fancy version, like a cappuccino or cafe latte. So we both got a cappuccino with oat drink, and it was as pretty good, better than we had expected for a grill on the harbor such as this.

The best part was the staff that greeted us on this day. She was so welcoming, so smiling, and so service minded. It really picked up the whole experience to another level. Left smiling both of us, ready to relax by the water with our drink.

The food was disappointing, and the service was exceptionally poor. We waited 25 minutes for someone to take our order (it was not particularly busy in the café), and when the food arrived we were not provided with any cutlery, so had to go out twice to ask two separate members of the service staff if they could bring us knives and forks. We could see that we weren't the only ones that this happened to once their meals arrived. One customer eventually got a little frustrated and found a cloth and spray bottle and proceeded to clean her table and one of the other patrons table's, as they had not been cleared from...

Very bad services,they Said our food would take 40 mins but No we waited for another 30mins and the worst part is that the customers who came after us were served and when we complained about it they Said they had a slight confusion in the orders. First of all the hotel did not have a lot of people that they would confuse our order and they told us to wait for another thirty mins.the waiters looked young but acted as if they don’t care so we had to leave .Never going back there.I felt some kind of racism in this case place.The place is not...
