Terrible food. Boring experience. If you’ve vacationed any other way, and a variety of QUALITY food and activities is important to you, this is NOT the route to take.
There were limited activities at the resort (arm wrestling, and shows at 9:30 only), zero excursions for families with babies under a certain age, and terrible food. Did I mention that the food was awful? Breakfast lunch and dinner- all bad. We went to the “restaurants” and received food that appeared to have been prepped hours before we arrived (eg the nachos at the Hispanic restaurant had black beans that had leaked all juice, and lithe juice dried in chips turning parts of chips black, and the nacho cheese was all dried up.... We also had to ask 4 different people for extra salsa). Steaks were old. Surf and turf: “lobster tail” had a lime wedged in a portion of the tail that had no meat for some reason.

There’s an excellent selection of cold cuts, hams, salamis, and cheeses, alongside warm vegetables, chicken, lamb, beef, and fresh fish at the dedicated station. The dessert selection is outstanding, featuring a pancake station, an ice cream station, and many delicious small desserts that are hard to resist.
While the service may not be top-notch, the staff are incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this restaurant is highly recommended for its amazing variety and...

The omelette station is decent but nothing is sautéed before going in the omelette and they aren’t big on seasoning anything. For lunch- again the grill stations are the best. The steaks are poor quality, so don’t bother. The burgers were quite good! But they don’t eat pickles in the Dominican Republic, so there are none to be found. Also trying to assemble the rest of the hamburger fixings were kind of hard to find. The service is excellent, the staff is kind and welcoming. The dining hall is...
