This place was DELICIOUS!!! For a family member's destination wedding we stayed in a local all-inclusive resort. The food there left A LOT to be desired and we wanted to eat something authentic. I found this place via Google search and boy am I glad I did. We were expecting a brick and mortar restaurant but when we arrived it was an outdoor area with a large grill, a small counter, and some tables made of pallets. Really cute! It appeared that everyone there was a local as most of the customers and staff seemed to be familiar with one another. It's always a good sign when locals eat at a restaurant in a resort town. We ordered what I referred to as the "sampler platter" which was essentially a foil turkey pan filled with a salad (dressing was awesome), chicken and pork that had been dry rubbed and grilled ALL DAY LONG, and the most perfectly prepared tostones I've ever had anywhere.
