Absolutely disgusting customer service at this Hoyo 19, we booked a full 5 days in advance for this restaurant and upon arrival we told them that we have a table for 7. The lady at the front was very unwelcoming and rude as she repeatedly asked us for our room number and said we needed a ticket (no ticket was mentioned or given to us upon booking) and she muttered under her breath that it is very important to have a ticket sarcastically! How many tables would they have booked for 7 people at the time of 7.45?! Even the table itself was not ready despite the amount of notice given for us coming to the restaurant so she made us go stand by the bar. She also could not seem to work out who we were although we stated our names clearly multiple times and had to point out to her that our names were clearly on her sheet of paper! Even after her multiple errors she made in such a simple task she was still very unwelcoming to my family and it ended up sparking an argument because of how terrible her attitude was. We decided to walk out due to how unwelcome and uncomfortable our family felt in the restaurant and went to the buffet instead. This woman is extremely unprofessional therefore we will be taking it up in a further review of the entire experience of the hotel. Do not go here if you want a pleasant and welcoming experience for simply going out for a meal. Other members of staff at this establishment will know the woman we are speaking about - I suggest you reconsider who you...

So far we’ve had the Spanish Omelette (more like a frittata - it’s like a baked egg dish with potatoes and onions in it), their two eggs breakfast (absolutely delicious with two giant eggs over easy - the yolks were such an intense orange!) as well as waffles and an order of hot cakes (pancakes).
It’s typical of all of the other “make a reservation” restaurants here at the resort - you get seated, make your order with the server and then head to a self-serve “buffet” with a selection of breads, meats, cheeses and grab and go breakfast fare as an “appetizer”.
They have been the most consistent...
Read moreWe actually ate here for breakfast once and dinner once and were very pleased with it! It was in our top 4 on the resort! For dinner I got the cajun crusted beef tenderloin and it was so amazing and tender without being spicy! My husband got the pork fajitas and loved them as well. The service was great except for the older gentleman that takes your order. He was a little gruff and made it tough to ask questions, but the main server made up for it! He was kind and helpful. For breakfast we both got the eggs benedict and were very happy with it. Would highly recommend this restaurant...
