Im here at La Brisa service is alot better than coral here the staff actually want to be here.

For apps i Ordered

the shrimp cocktail was beautifully made wel balanced with sweet from the sauce and sour from the lemon/lime. Tasted fresh. Vegetables and shrimp are lovely. Bonus points for the colour and presentation. Great start. (8.5/10)

And fried calamari was good not as good as the shrimp cocktail missing lemon sadly. Plated okay (5/10) with lemon (7/10)

For main

The triology of the sea was wonderful everything on that dish was beautiful. This is what i expected when i heard seafood restriction (coral) but yea they killed it here. (9/10)

Baked lamb was good cook was great sauce complemented it beautifully. The appetizer thing is weird at first but it works.

Dessert

Tiramisu not alot of flavour but good. (6.5/10)

Cheesecake was ok sadly it looked hella good but underwhelming. (5/10)

Overall...

We love the peaceful atmosphere and natural breeze of this place—fittingly named La Brisa, which means "the breeze." It’s a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a quiet meal.

We’ve had wonderful times here over multiple visits and tried a variety of dishes. For appetizers, the meat and cheese platter and the classic fried calamari stood out—both fresh and flavorful.

As for soup, the crab cappuccino was just okay (I'd give it a 5/10). You might want to explore the other options on the menu.

The highlight of the meal was definitely the Burgundy beef steak—tender, rich, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend it if you’re into well-prepared meats.

To finish, the strawberry cheesecake was the best dessert we tried—creamy, not too sweet, and beautifully presented.

Went for dinner as a solo diner since I was recommended by someone who also went solo. Needless to say my experience was not the same as theirs.

When I was seated at my table I was confronted by the manager who was mad that I could not properly scan the menu QR code and was vocally and visibly upset with me then gave me the physical menu in hand. I was trying my best to speak Spanish but she definitely didn't care.

The service was awkward and unsteady until I showed them I actually had money and gave them 20$ so they can get off my back. They totally reversed their course.

I wouldn't advise solo diners to visit this place especially if you don't look like a visible tourists. This is part of the Barcelo Bavaro Beach resort and I hope someone from there could look...
