Disappointing visit this time. We have been eating here for the past 18 months with great food and experience. Tonight however breaks that tradition. The churasco steak we order is always enough for two but tonight it looked to be only maybe 10-12 ounces. We questioned the waitress and her response was that they received a small portion as shipment. So how is that my problem? If you cannot deliver the same quality and amount of food as expected, and paid for, then you should tell the customer. Also on the hamburger our daughter ordered they put pimento instead of tomato slice. How do you confuse those? We were planning to eat there several times this trip but now I think we will find another steak house to try. I sincerely hope the owner(s) will read this and take note.
