Samsara Restaurant — Restaurant in Higüey

The food is nowhere even close to indian food. The resort should really not fool people by saying its indian because it’s clearly not. Only thing somewhat close enough to indian food was samosa but otherwise thorough disappointment and once again will let everyone know “THIS IS NOT HOW ACTUAL INDIAN FOOD LOOKS OR TASTES OR IS MADE” to all my fellow indian friends please please please avoid this restaurant at all costs. Naan will not be cooked at all, lentil soup tastes only and only of tamarind(there isnt a thing like lentil soup in india by the Way) and gulab jamun is something very very different god knows what they are serving in name of gulab jamun, pistachio kulfi tastes like detergent and there’s a lot of other things i want to say but i will end...

One of the worst experience for India restaurant! Sorry to say but they don’t know what Indian food means!! We ordered vegetarian food and it taste too bad, items that we ordered were completely different in texture too.

BEWARE ! Do not try this restaurant. They just serve reheated food with 0 customer service. On top of this, they turn the AC off at 10pm even if customers are still eating till 11pm. Try it only if you want to feel insulted or waste your time. Better sleep hungry...
