Fantastic restaurant, perfectly nestled away from the bustling downtown and resort zones. The food is truly exceptional—no exaggeration. We were so impressed that we dined there twice and ordered delivery once in less than a week time. The staff is incredible, and the owner, a diligent individual who genuinely cares for his business, is almost always on-site. The spotlessness of the establishment hints at a similarly pristine kitchen—a testament to their standards, although admittedly, this is an assumption on our part. I tried the fried potatoes and they were absolutely trash. I don’t know what type of fries they are or what type of oil they are frying them in, but they should go back to the drawing board on the fried potatoes because fries have to be one of the easiest things to cook across the world, and these are probably the worst I’ve ever had. Next to the pasta, I got the Alfredo with chicken and Vodka. Vodka pasta came with bacon on it so I had to trash it. The Alfredo was barely passable at best. They crumbled up little chicken pieces all through it that had very little flavor. Extremely disappointed in this place, but the staff was wonderful. I don’t know who wrote these reviews, but...

I had traveled all day from California, arriving to Dominican Republic for my first time ever. Upon my arrival I found this place by accident as I was walking past. I was surprised to see an Italian restaurant in this location, there isn't really much else around.

I took forever looking at the menu and the servers were very polite and sweet, helping me to decide what to get (everything looked great, lots of options for vegetarians).

I had a salad and a tomato based pasta with tomatoes mixed in and cheese melted on top, both of which were a taste sensation!
