I recently had the pleasure of dining at Noah Steakhouse and I must say, it was an experience worth reliving. This review comes after my second visit, prompted by the incredible impression the restaurant left on me during my first intoxicated encounter. As a Texan with high standards for steaks, I'm typically hesitant to venture outside the country for a good cut. However, Noah Steakhouse completely shattered my reservations by serving one of the best rib eyes I have ever tasted. What impressed me even more was the fact that my notoriously picky brother thoroughly enjoyed the sushi rolls. It's no small feat to please such a discerning palate, but Noah Steakhouse managed to do just that. The appetizers at Noah Steakhouse are truly divine. The combination of bread and spicy guacamole sauce was a revelation for my taste buds, and I can confidently say it's one of the best appetizers I have ever had in my entire life. Apart from the outstanding culinary delights, the atmosphere at Noah Steakhouse is simply enchanting. The ambience sets the perfect tone for a memorable dining experience. Additionally, I must commend the staff for their exceptional service. Even during our rowdy first visit, they remained courteous and attentive, going above and beyond to take care of us. When we returned the second night, we made sure to apologize profusely for our behavior, and they graciously accepted our apologies. In summary, Noah Steakhouse is an exceptional restaurant that provides a truly remarkable dining experience. From the outstanding rib eye steaks to the delectable sushi rolls, every dish surpasses expectations. The bread and spicy guacamole sauce alone are worth the visit. The atmosphere is captivating, and the staff's professionalism and hospitality are commendable. I have no hesitation in giving Noah Steakhouse a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. It's a must-visit for anyone seeking an extraordinary culinary adventure.

Overall Summary: Great atmosphere and wonderful food options. Wait times can be a bit long and use a translator. Food: I ordered the Salmon Nori Crunch, Goat Dinner, and a Creamy Mojito. The Nori was light, but a little messy. It has little flavor but doesn't taste bad. Good for a hot day. The Gourmet Goat Dinner was perfect! The goat was wonderful, the rice and beans were amazing, the avocado was a perfect side touch, and the yuca fritters were so yummy as well. Lastly, my Creamy Coconut Mojito was something I never tasted before but would have over and over again. Environment: The place was beautiful and spacious enough. My only complaint is that there were soooo many flies. It made quite a few members of my group unhappy. Staff: The staff was friendly and accommodating. The wait times between visits, items needed, and the checks was very long however. Also the checks weren't all correct, but after waiting for so long, most of us just said, "whatever."

After a week of being disappointed by the cuisine and service at every restaurant I had been to in PC, I decided to dine at Noah. The restaurant came highly recommended by a local who said it is his favorite. I had a Mojito which was delicious and I liked the unusual highball glass it was served in. My appetizer was the ceviche, another hit. The presentation, freshness, portion size and balance of flavors were well executed. Next I ordered the pork dish, which is listed under their specialty section of the menu. The presentation was nice but not what I expecting for a pork entree. Far more important and disappointing was the lack of flavor on the pork and that it was barely warm. I sent it back and ordered the steak medium. The steak was very undercooked and the presentation was unattractive. The side of gnocchi was served separately in a separate vessel. I didn’t want to send back a second entree, so I powered through the meal. The service was good which is almost impossible to find in PC.

Attended here lastnight, the food, service and surroundings are 5 star. We had been eating at all inclusive for our stay in Punta Cana and we wanted a nice meal out before we flew back to UK. We are so glad we came to Noah, from start to finish it was really enjoyable. The service was 5 star, the food was tasty and hot, the wine was nice. Pricewise id say excellent and matches a medioka restaurant in the UK. The waiters and manager are very accomodating and even helped us get in the taxi without the rain catching us by holding an umbrella for us, constantly smiling and checking all is okay and topping up drinks. Im Gutted i didnt find this place sooner as i would have visited more times. Go here if you want great serice and food. Thanks for making our experince a positive one

Noah Restaraunt & Lounge WOWED my husband & I. They made an impression that will last forever. We celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary there for dinner. The food was creative and delicious. My favorite item was the Japanese Croquette which was a fried rice ball with beef carpaccio on top, shaved Parmesan & truffle oil. What makes a restaurant so special besides the food? The service!! Our server Fatima was amazing. She made us feel so special and her passion when discussing the food menu items makes you want it even more. Also the Manager Armando poured wine service impeccably and he would always touch the table to ensure we were happy. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you Noah Restaurant & Team!

Everyone in our group was impressed by the food, especially after having terrible-to-mediocre resort food the previous day. The service was friendly, but it was not quick, and they kept forgetting basic requests, like our drink order, another appetizer, and even our check. Drink order was easily fixed. Though we really liked one of the appetizers, asking for a second one was just sort of forgotten. Getting the check at the end also required a reminder. That said, the food was terrific. It's a little pricy, though, even for lunch. They were accommodating with items that were not even on the menu, though, which is a huge plus. They helped our group with great vegetarian and vegan items.
