Come here if you want to be served quick, big portioned and delicious pastas, pizzas and other Italian staples. Though, I can’t assure the same with other menu options, the service and food here is pretty consistent. Locals love it. It’s a safe choice to dine out or take out and not pricey at all. They also have a mini market and a delicatessen where you can find Italian imported goods, such as dried pasta, sauces, cookies, chocolate, flour, wines, salads, cheeses and charcuterie. I usually order spaghetti with funghi porcini, shrimp and cherry tomatoes in its own sauce and tiramisu, which I find to be very delicious. I haven’t tried them yet, but I’ve heard their paninis are also very tasty.

I love the food of Punto Italia. My brother use to buy "picaderas" and "fiambres", really tasty fiambres. The owners are true italians and they have articles you can t find anywhere else. The food in the restaurante es really really good. The pastas are excelent and they serve very quickly. It´s always pack. People from lots of countries goes there. And if you´re in one of the big hotels in Bavaro, you can take the urban bus to go there. Or ask for delivery. Este lugar es uno de los pocos en los que se pueden pedir ravioles y milanesas napolitanas. Todo riquisimo. Se ubica en el Paseo San Juan, al lado de Plaza San Juan, y tiene servicio de delivery.

I forgot to take pictures of the food but I ordered a pizza with sausage, mushrooms and black olives. Plus calamari fritti. I knew I was in for a treat because they have a wood burning brick oven. The food was absolutely delicious and the shop has a top notch deli inside to purchase meats, cheeses, wine and imported goodies. I wished i found this sooner in my exploring. I purchased 3 can of pomodoro tomatoes we don't have in the states. Now I'm going to figure out how to order them online to ship to me. I absolutely recommend this Italian restaurant if at San Juan Center in Punta Cana.

We waited over an hour after ordering to get our food. Looking around, we were not the only ones in that situation. I would not recommend this place. The waitress was great. That was about it. I attached a picture of the bruschetta. It was a weird take on bruschetta, nothing like bruschetta in Italy or the United States. That and the lasagna were both really gross. The restaurant was really disappointing.

This is a nice place to eat. They have fire stone oven which makes the pizza taste original. I had a meat pizza and chicken bacon cabonara pasta. It smelled so good I didn’t have the patience to take photos of my food. This place has great Italian food and they have an indoor shop to get cheeses. Update; food was really good I went back a day after and got chicken pizza; the best.

Una de las mejores pizza y pasta que he comido. La Burrata es mi preferida, y sobre todo el tiempo de respuesta es muy certero ya que en mi caso no dure más de 15 min en recibir mi pizza. En cuanto a los precios pues por la calidad de la pizza me parece genial, teniendo en cuenta que es una pizza hecha al carbón y su sabor es espectacular. Pero si debo mencionar algo que pude notar que y es que en la pago de la cuenta, te obligan a pagar un 30% de propinas las cuales no lo veo justo, teniendo en cuenta que las propinas creo no estoy seguro pero me parece que solo es el 10% de propina legal, y no entendí el por qué les agregan un 20 extra. ( Quizás yo este equivocado y alguien acá pueda corregirme ) De ser así modificaré la reseña y le pondré la 5 estrellas 🤩 Lamento no darle las 5 estrellas pero 4 me parece justo ya que estoy seguro que ha más de uno no les ha gustado ese cobro de ese 30% obligatorio, que no es más que un gesto de agradecimiento por el servicio. En cuanto a sus pizzas 🍕 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Recomendado!
