McDonald's Lincoln — Restaurant in Santo Domingo

I felt bad giving them one star since the place was clean, relatively.

Anyways, everything was off. I visited in January 2022 and have been to McDonald’s in 20 countries. My visit here was memorably bad: Had to wait for change at the register, McDonald’s usually have no problem breaking money. The only time that I’ve ever been to a McDonald’s anywhere in the world that ran out of drink lids. And I visited during dinner time and not at closing. See photo, the chicken strips (McTiras) were overcooked and dry. One step shy of eating jerky. The fries were soggy and rather greasy. The McChicken sandwich was mediocre. The breading was off and the meat, again was dry. Have had better McChicken sandwiches in numerous...

Well. This is the regular Mcdonald's food chain. You will get all mayor standard Food for Caribbean region, but some famous local option such as Mangu for breakfast and gourmet milk chocolate. The design: Open space, tropical-warms color, natural woods many seats, great climate. The bad and worst thing that should not happen at all. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. Gigantic design mistake. Mcdonald's,this is your restaurant's message to Dominicans: Families with strollers or people with disabilities are not allowed to enjoy our second floor for parties...

I haven't eaten at McDonald's for 12 years. It excels at predictabality; whatever is sold always looks and tastes the same. This tine, I went for breakfast, an egg McMuffin. This McDonalds is open when most Dominican places are still shut. And I prefer a McMuffin to a traditional Dominican breakfast. At 6.3 am, there is no queue and nobody in the parking lot. My only issue --- where you place the order, they can't hear you and you can't hear them, surely technology can do...
