The food was great. So when we arrived the waiter couldnt speak english so in Spanish we asked for the menu, he brought one(in Spanish) and gave it to my(swedish) husband, i said do you have an english menu? So he gave us this QRcode that was sitting on the table to scan...and so we did. We ordered: . Chinola Mimosa(165DOP in app) and Modello Rubio(175DOP in app)to start. . Risotto Mariscos - 950DOP(815DOP on the QR/internet Menu) . Risotto Churrasco - 860DOP(815DOP on the QR/internet Menu) . Bottle Barefoot white Zinfandel - 1250DOP(1,130DOP on the QR/internet Menu). So normally when you get your receipt in the Dominican Republic they also adds a surcharge 10% restaurant service charge and 18% government taxes.

However at the end of our meal the prices were completely different. When we asked the waiter for an explaination he started giving us bogus answers such as( oh therers the taxes included- when isaid but on your website it says no taxes included and besides you added taxes after, so are you double taxing us??) So he said "ohh these prices on the website was last year prices and doesnt apply." "Its the menu prices that are accurate" so i replied, get me the menu again, when he came i showed him and said "look the oricese of the beer, risotto and the bottle wine is not accurate" so he got some guy in black who he claimed to be the manager. And since the so called manager couldnt explain better he left and never returned. So i calculated what we needed to oay and refused to pay more, he the waiter eventually said "ok pay that" this is sooo ridiculous the behaviour of...

Open air restaurant that is great especially since it’s opened 24 hours. The running joke there is, because I’ve eaten there several times over the years, is to order the avocado salad and they always say they ran out. No matter if you’re there in the morning, lunch or late, they always claim to be out of avocados 🥑. lol I think they just don’t want to delete it and update the menu. Nonetheless, I ordered a BLT. So unless a BLT means something else in DR, I didn’t get a traditional BLT.

This had like a chicken salad, processed ham (for the bacon), a thick slice of mozzarella and yes, there was lettuce and tomato. It tasted good, other than I had to remove most of the mozzarella, just too much BUT not what I expected for a BLT.

The service was not very good . Waiters are definitely not friendly.. looked pissed off and there’s a whole whack of them that hang around the front of the bar and talk .Don’t expect them to come around and ask how your food is or for a refill on drinks.

This is my ongoing beef with servers in DR. Not sure if it’s because a 10% típ is included on your bill so they don’t have to work for a tip or just the culture and...

This is a cute outside & indoor restaurant. Outside is super cute, inside is more elegant. The staff is very nice & some speak English. The food is delicious.

I order the Steak Churasco, mixed veggies, & rice. The food was so good that I kept repeating how yummy it was. I probably sounded like an idiot saying MUY DELICISIO!!! The fried plantains were amazing! I loved them! The vibe in the restaurant was fun. They played upbeat local music that made you dance in your seat.

The ladies restroom was cute & clean. That says a lot about a place if they can keep their bathrooms clean. The bar was nicely stocked. I didn't get any drinks but my friend did & he enjoyed it. I had my usual hot water. It's an Asian thing lol. I love hot water! And no I wasn't trying to cheat the system & make a free lemon honey tea. I just like plain hot water. It warms the body & flushes it all at once!

I highly recommend this restaurant!
