McDonald's — Restaurant in Mariscal Sucre

Went to this McDonalds and placed and order totaling $8.98. I gave the cashier $10 cash and expected $1.02 in change but only received $1. I asked for the additional to 2 cents as showed on my receipt and was told they do not have pennies. So, if they average 1000 cash paying customers a day and do not return anywhere from 1 cent to 4 cents, while the customer receipt shows that the amount is to be returned to the customer, this restaurant is netting anywhere from $20-$40 a day in unaccounted profits. They put on Google that they open at 7am. I arrived at 7 but had to wait until 8:15 for them to open. Super unprofessional. The lady saw me several times waiting in front of the door in the cold but absolutely did not care. I was counting on spending several morning hours there with all my luggage while waiting for my accommodation to free itself, obviously because of their Google opening hours information. Quality and customer service are the lowest in the whole world. I was buying coffee today and the waiting time was over 20 minutes when I cancelled the order.
