Most authentic pizza you will across a majority of Ecuador. Proper sourdough crust, and baked in a proper oven. I had the napoletano and it was yummy (I am a weirdo and enjoy my anchovies). Seating is a little cramped, so probably not a comfortable place to dine with large groups. While there is plenty of "edible" pizzas across Ecuador where they pile on toppings, this is the closest to "real" pizza I have found across the places in Ecuador I have visited.
