As a customer, I suppose I should just keep my mouth shut and move along, but as a professional cook and compatriot in this industry for 40 years, I am aghast. I live here... after 20 minutes, I literally had to flag my server down, I ordered something to go so I would not be an intrusion to their closing, I ordered a meal that required no prep and was easy to prepare and get out the door. We had an Altbier and a Weißbier here. The Altbier was drinkable but had nothing to do with an Altbier from Düsseldorf the Weißbier though was bad! In Germany the brewer would have poured it out and started new.
