Eggstatic Ajax is a breakfast lover’s paradise! From the moment you walk in, the cozy ambiance and friendly service set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Their pancakes are nothing short of spectacular. Layered with fresh fruits, dollops of cream, and a generous drizzle of caramel sauce, these pancakes are not just a feast for the stomach but also a visual delight. The fluffy texture combined with the richness of the toppings makes it a standout dish. The omelet platter is a masterclass in balance and flavor. Accompanied by crispy, herb-seasoned potatoes, a fresh garden salad, and a creamy avocado dip, this dish perfectly caters to both health-conscious diners and comfort food seekers. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors harmonized beautifully. The spinach omelet with arugula salad and labneh brought a delightful Mediterranean twist to the table. Paired with freshly baked bread and grilled sausages, it’s the kind of meal that leaves you satisfied yet craving more. The freshness of the arugula and the tangy labneh elevated the dish to another level. Their coffee is served with free refills, making it the perfect companion to their indulgent meals. The rich, robust flavors of the espresso stood out, and the lattes were creamy and satisfying. A great start to the day! The staff went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. One of the employees took the time to thoroughly explain the halal status of the meat, which was greatly appreciated. Their attention to detail and effort to ensure customer satisfaction really stood out. Every dish was plated beautifully, making it as Instagram-worthy as it was delicious. The attention to detail, from the powdered sugar on the pancakes to the neatly arranged salads, speaks to the care and creativity of the kitchen staff. Eggstatic Ajax is more than just a breakfast spot—it’s an experience. Whether you’re looking to indulge your sweet tooth or enjoy a wholesome savory meal, the menu has something for everyone. Combine this with impeccable service and a welcoming atmosphere, and you have a place that’s bound to become your favorite brunch destination. Don’t miss out on this gem!

Eggstatic in Ajax is my new go-to for egg-cellent breakfast feasts (pun intended, but also 100% true). I rolled in today with an appetite so big it could probably be spotted from space, and I was not disappointed. Here’s what went down: Eggstatic Omelette: Fluffy, cheesy, and packed with enough flavor to make you want to rewrite your breakfast standards. Eggstatic Chicken Sandwich: A sandwich so good it made me question why I ever settled for boring sandwiches before. Crispy Chicken Benedict: Think elegance meets crunch—this one’s the belle of the brunch ball. Eggstatic Steak and Egg: A hearty delight that proved breakfast can absolutely double as a gourmet dinner. Coffee: Because one coffee is never enough, and their brews are legit. The portions? Generous. The flavors? Mind-blowing. The vibe? Cozy yet buzzing. If you’re looking for a place where the food is as joyful as the name suggests, this is it. Just be warned: you might leave in a food coma with a smile plastered across your face. Can’t wait to return and egg-splore the rest of the menu! PS: They may want to rename it “Eggsplosion” because that’s what happened to my taste buds today.

I love Eggstatic - it is probably my favourite breakfast spot in the city, so I was super happy for the new location to finally open up! I went during opening weekend, and of all the times I’ve eaten at this franchise - this probably was the time I was least impressed. The staff was great: attentive and ready to take our order. My cousins and I ordered the classic breakfast sandwich, Nashville eggs benny and the mushroom swiss sandwich. After our mains, we ordered the pistachio pancakes to share. The food was decent — but it wasn’t anything that made us “eggstatic”, if you know what I mean! The house potatoes were unfortunately quite soggy, and my order unfortunately wasn’t correct (I asked for no mayo on my breakfast sandwich but it was doused). The pulled meat was flavourful but had chunks of fat that unfortunately hadn’t been trimmed, which made for an unusual chew. The pistachio pancakes were decadent and aesthetically pleasing, and probably my favourite bite of the day! The pancakes here are dense and chewy - not fluffy and light, so if you like that kind of pancake - this is your spot! I’m an all-around pancake lover, so I didn’t mind, but my family didn’t love the texture and felt their previous experiences with the Biscoff pancakes in the other locations was better! The food took exceptionally long to come - about 50 minutes - so asking them to fix any issues with the order also didn’t seem to make sense for fear it would take a while longer. All in all, I would give this place a 6/10. I definitely think there is room for improvement since it was just the opening weekend, and being a big Eggstatic fan, I’ll be back to see if we can get the score back to a 10/10!

Honestly really disappointed with the service as this is one of my favourite places to go to. We made a reservation as a family of 6 for suhoor at 1:15. On google it says the restaurant opens at 1:30 and we arrived about 5-10 minutes after the time they supposedly open and once we got in, the server said they had canceled the reservation we made because they only hold seating for about 15 minutes and proceeds to tell me that they made the opening time change to 1am.. as if we were supposed to know that? It was frustrating that we had to come all the way down there just to say we can’t be seated. It was my family’s first time there and they were looking forward to it. If the time says they open 1:30am, why change it, not update it and cause confusion? at least a call or something to confirm if we were still going to show up would’ve been appreciated.. She also said there would be a push back from the kitchen and even if we were to be seated, we would have to wait 40 minutes or so to receive our food. I completely understand that they’re expecting to be busy around these times but why not be a little more organized? not returning to this location unfortunately!

I have visited this place twice now and haven't been able to get in, I went on the weekend, and it opened at 9 am and was told they were fully booked for the day, can understand. Made a reservation from Google page of the business for family day for 9 am. It was confirmed. We got to eggstatic at 9 am, door were open but we were told the restraunt will open at 10 am and the gentleman very politically told us they had posted the hours on their instagram ????? Google also lets you update business hours for holidays. We want back to our car, decided to change our reservation from 9 am to 10 but there was no availability till 3 pm. Well, went again Dec 2024, the food was amazing as expected but their reservation system needs a major change and they have taken away their check in desk so when you enter you just stand there and hope someone comes to ask you and being a sunday they were swamped. Long story short, once we were seated, service was prompt and efficient. The food was fresh and well presented.

I recently visited a brunch spot that might just turn me into a brunch enthusiast. Typically, I’m not one for brunch, but this place has something for everyone. I ordered the Spicy Nashville Benedict, and it was absolutely delicious. The spice level was just right—not too hot, but with a nice kick. The portion size was perfect as well, making it an ideal choice for someone like me who usually skips traditional brunch dishes. The home fries were nicely seasoned and very tasty. My boyfriend had the egg and steak, which he found both delicious and filling. One minor issue was that our food, though served hot, seemed to cool off halfway through our meal. This might have been due to our leisurely pace, but it was a bit puzzling. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the positive experience. The restaurant itself is quite small, so I highly recommend making reservations if you plan to visit on the weekends. All in all, this place might just convert me into a regular brunch-goer!
