A Complaint about Restaurant Service
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the service provided at McDonald’s esplanade mall. Unfortunately, my dining experience fell far below my expectations, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention.
Firstly, the service was incredibly slow and inefficient. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, it took an excessive amount of time for our orders to be taken, and even longer for the food to be served. This resulted in a significant delay, leaving us feeling neglected and impatient.
Furthermore, the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive throughout our visit. They appeared to lack basic knowledge of the menu, struggling to help the customer and even the way of communication was the worst. Their lack of enthusiasm and engagement made the overall experience feel impersonal and unmemorable.
To add to the disappointment, the quality of the food was subpar. The dishes arrived lukewarm and lacked the freshness and flavor we anticipated. It was evident that little care was given to the presentation, as the plates appeared haphazardly arranged and unappealing.
In addition, the cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. The tables were sticky, and the floors were dirty, giving the impression of poor hygiene standards. This further detracted from the overall dining experience and left me questioning the restaurant's commitment to maintaining a pleasant environment for guests.
Overall, my experience at this place is the wordlist in my entire life even I spoke to the manger his name Mohammed was the worst from his stuff. He was shouting even when I ask to order more telling me we closed even he had the food behind him ready but he was refusing and not respecting the people who Came from out of the country to visit. I highly appreciated if the management take an action in regard of that.

But please teach cleaners ethics and standards of behavior. today at 00:00 on September 8, an employee in a green uniform (not the skinny one) followed me into the toilet and as soon as I was there for 30 seconds, he began to knock on the door non-stop and shout something in Arabic. At first I thought it was a child or someone who really needed the toilet. Therefore, without having time to finish my business, I did everything in a hurry and managed to hear 40 strong knocks on the door in the 2 minutes that I was there. After opening the door, I found an employee with a mop and he just started washing floor(nothing emergency). After asking why he was knocking like that, he pretended not to understand English and stood there watching me wash my hands and button up my pants, which I had to do after leaving due to the rush.
