Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Alexandria

I want to make a complaint about the customer service in Costa fouad street, Alexandria, egypt. It’s not only about one incident but several for a few months now that keep on repeating. Said worker is very rude, without any manners and persistent. Never have I ever associate with anyone like that in any nearby cafe. This worker wouldn’t stop nagging us and pressuring us, in a totally unprofessional way. Always trying to make us order more and pay more for extras that we didn’t ask for, without saying it’s an extra like any worker should! Seeing us a foreign customer, he tries to take advantage of us and a way I do not see him do for normal Egyptian customers which is completely unacceptable. One of the worst Costa branches. It's self serve which was not mentioned in any place in the store even no one told me in the store or even when I ordered from the cashier. The cashier did not give me a receipt for my order. Their fresh juices are basically a fruit squeezed in a plastic bottle like the one you buy at a supermarket. And of course they did not fill my order correctly and gave me a mug for my coffee which I specified more than once to the cashier and the bus boy to not to do and give Mey order in a cartoon cup.

The first and last time for me in this weird branch of Costa.

Friendliness: 10/10 Coffee: 8/10 Price: 7/10 (mid-range)

Wifi: 1/10 Orange wifi, practically unusable (even if u pay 10 LE for a "high speed" upgrade)

3G/4G reception: 3/10 getting a data connection is KINDA doable with some fiddling with location , still wouldn't get any great speeds.
