Ecuador Coffee (Fouad St.) — Restaurant in Alexandria

I have been visiting Ecuador since 2019; have been to all their branches in Alexandria as well except the one located at San Stifano. To be honest, I enjoy being there very, very much and I like the atmosphere and the drinks and this branch is no exception. Yet, today i was asked to re-order again since their "new policy" requires re-ordering every 200 minutes and i was told it has been like this for a week by now despite the fact that i have been to another branch last Monday and never heard about this. Fine, every business is trying to flourish constantly of course etc. Needless to say though, three tables out of five were empty within minutes after we were told "we need to re-order". Taking into consideration that i wanted to order multiple items once i arrived and was told "sadly we don't have that" and also everything happening economy wise: this is a very bad coping strategy from my point of view as a consumer. Of course, I'm reconsidering whether I should visit Ecuador again and recommend it or otherwise. The two stars aren't only for the update; but also for being told "لو مش مصدقني ممكن اديك رقم الإدارة تكلمهم و تتأكد بنفسك", since this is what i was told when i inquired about...

This was my first time visiting this place, I can simply say, there won't be a second. I simply ordered a drink and when the time came to pay the check, i found that the check had the name of drink mis-matching what i ordered and what i had, and the charge for that other drink as well. Therefore i was simply being overcharged for another menu item. And when i inquired about it.
