McDonald's Cleopatra Branch — Restaurant in Alexandria

Worst branch ever the ac was not working tottaly and very crowded the which made the dining atmosphere was very hot also the person who are behind the counter was really unbelievable i asked him for the table number bacause it is not available when i made my order on the screen and i was holding the receipt and he told me are you going to eat here there is no tables when i told him that i already has a table he gave me the table number to get my order and when i talked to the responsible for the ac issue he did nothing really i experienced macdonalds more than one time with a bad experience with no solutions whatever happened Mac very expensive Mac don't care about his customers even when you made a delivery and the quality becomes bad specially this branch not...

I went to this location on September 5th 2023 and the manager working at 6.10 pm was locking the whole store and prevented all the customers from entering the store to place their order (i was with my family we where 3 at the time) because he is cleaning the whole branch for over 2 hours as he was claiming which Macdonald’s on the planet close the whole restaurant two floors for over 2 hours for mopping the floor ?? and he even did prevent me and all the guests from even waiting inside the store until he finish mopping and cleaning he said all of you wait outside on the side walk until I’m done with cleaning in a very rude attitude Will be my last visit to this location because of this store manager Not...

This is my favourite branch. The burgers sometimes are so delicious, even better than higher end burgers. It has a very relaxed, not overly crowded atmosphere. Everyone works hard there all the time to make your experience comfortable as possible even when it is really hectic.
