Disgusting beyond words would never recommend it to anyone . Firstly the place is very unclean and the tables didn’t even get cleaned once we sa down and they just started serving us without cleaning it then the sauces we got were just as disgusting they were sticky unclean and i felt like i l cant use it then the food the worst of all i have ordered a country chicken meal and it was unbelievably bad they gave me two pieces and after i ate like quarter a piece of the already small piece it was a very very very small piece of chicken inside and had a very thick layer of burned crumbs genuinely uneatable so i asked one of the servers to take it back and honestly speaking the servers had no fault in this , i had to explain the situation 3 times to 3 different staff though However the last staff i talked with was not one of the servers i think he was either a chef or a ceo possibly he was talking to me as if i am a child and insisted that was how it should be served and said the burns were just the dressing which is very untrue and am sure of it this isnt my first time eating country fried chicken and he kept telling me to cut into the chicken to prove that there is chicken in the middle but no chicken in the corner’s which is even worse cause he admitted to only putting chicken in in the middle which is a very smallll portion and thin aswell i am a person who weighs my food and the amount if chicken put doesn’t even reach 50g am sure moreover when i gave them the plate back and they returned to try and explain which ended up bad someone ate from the plate! How do they expect me to eat from it agin after one of the servers ate from it very bad experience dont go Lastly they probably had a very loud mysic just to distract people from the unhygienic place...
Read moreHonestly, the worst service I’ve ever received. We were a group of 5, we were left to choose our own table so we went to the roof and sat on a table with a sea view, the table had three chairs and we added another two. We were told we were not allowed to add chairs and were then taken to two tables near to each other. These tables also had sea views. So two sat at one table and three sat on another. Another waiter then came and told us we had to move. We told her, that her colleague told us to sit here. She then said it wasn’t allowed and showed us to another table which didn’t have a sea view. Around 30 minutes later a group of 5 came, they sat on the table we sat on at first and one of the people working there added another two chairs for them. We asked to speak to the manager, and it turned out he was the manager. We asked why there was differential treatment. He apologised and said he would move us. At this point, we were fed up and were not willing to move a third time. We just wanted an explanation as to why different rules applied to different people. We received no explanation just an apology. Tbh, the only difference between us and the other group is that two people in our group are Black. And that is the only reason I can think of. Food was also mediocre. There are other places at the Walk that...
Read moreIt was not a good experience. The staff were very kind, but the food was extremely expensive. We ordered a molten cake, but it was not available, so they brought us pancakes instead, which cost more than 600 EGP. It wasn’t bad, but at the end of the day, it was still just pancakes! One of the staff even asked us to take out our phones and give them a review right there, on the spot. I felt pressured to do something I didn’t want to. It’s unprofessional to ask someone to write feedback in front of you. People should have the freedom to do it in their own way and at the time they choose. In the end, it was not a successful experience, and I do not...
