Doozy Restaurant and Cafe — Restaurant in New Cairo City

My recent visit to Doozy Restaurant and Café was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the service and overall experience were going to be subpar.

Upon entering, no one assisted us to a table. We had to choose a table ourselves, only to be told by the waiter that it was reserved. Instead of helping us find a suitable table, he insisted that we sit at a very small table. We were three people with laptops and had another person joining us, so the table was clearly too small. Despite this, the waiter insisted it was enough until the manager intervened. The manager then spent a minute on the phone to check if the initially chosen table was reserved, and finally allowed us to sit there.

When the waiter came to take our order, which took three minutes, we asked for the WiFi password. He unhelpfully stated that the WiFi wouldn't reach our area, but we insisted on trying. After connecting, the WiFi router was turned off just five minutes later. This left us without internet access.

Due to the numerous inconveniences and poor service, we decided to cancel our order and leave. Overall, the visit was marked by poor service, unhelpful staff, and inadequate facilities. I would not recommend Boozy Restaurant and Café to anyone looking for a pleasant and productive...

April 2024: went to attend a Latin night. On Thursdays. It was my first time. They have a good setup where they have 2 dining rooms and other doors. I liked that they turned one of the dining rooms into the Latin dance floor and the other one for their regular visits so they don't have to pay for the Latin night. Menu is extensive and moderately priced. Hookah was good. I ordered juices and smoothies. Had good taste but did not match the picture. Parking was perfect with lights of spaces.
