Tabali ElKorba — Restaurant in Cairo

I've decided not to enter this place again, although the food and beverage are acceptable, because of a situation that I experienced there which I see as very mean. The staff are kind of friendly and they offer good service (not all of them), but at the end of the day they look for more tips besides the money of the service and taxes that are already included in the check. If you pay in cash, they bring you the change in very small currencies maybe to keep as change (which is still acceptable), but what is beyond acceptable is that they bring you money in awful conditions, the banknotes are literary falling apart and are like powder. I nicely asked the waiter who brought them to plz change them as nobody will accept such cash from me in any store. He changed them, but actually with ones in the same conditions. I decided to take the money myself and go to the manager inside to see what's wrong with that because I totally understand their strategy of making you disgusted of part of the money so that you willingly leave them as more tips. Once I entered and asked for this banknotes to be changed, the guy gave me a brand new one without a question which added to my disappointment because they really have good ones and because this proves they are using the strategy of giving u disgusting change so that you leave it to them and of course later on they change them from the bank. Once I told them that I understand their strategy and that I will never enter this place again, they started apologizing and they even wanted to treat me to something as a token of their respect. Again, a good reaction, but after ruining my whole experience and day. I refused to wait anymore...

بيض بالسمنه البلدى والقشطة مع الفول و الطعمية .. حاجة كدة للحبايب بس ❤️

دلوقتي طبالي فتحوا فرع جديد في ((مول اركان)) مكان راقي و شيك جدا، و مكانهم في المول استراتيجي، تبقى قاعد فوق كدة و شايف المول كله قصادك و حواليك زرع و مكان شيك اوي

الغريب في طبالي نجح انه يتميز جدا و يفرق في حتة مليااانة منافسين و دي مش سهلة يعني ممكن كل يوم تاكل فول و طعمية في اي مكان بس الاختلاف المميز في طبالي إنهم بيقدموا كل حاجة بجودة عالية جدا

تمسك المينو تلاقي فيها عشرتاشر نوع فول و طعمية و اومليت .. كل مرة بنحب نجرب حاجة جديدة، هنرشحلك كام حاجة تجربهم هناك مميزين اوي

جرب الفول بالليمون المعصفر، و الفول بالحمص 👌 هتحب الفول اكتر بكتير بسببهم

الطعمية المحشية كيري دي خطيرة متتفوتش و طعمية اسكندراني و كمان الطعمية القماطي .. دي بتبقى مكورة و صغننة جميلة كدة

مشهورين اوي ب الاومليت بالكيري "الترا" 🍳 بيتقدم معاه بطاطس و مشروم، و في كمان البيض بالسمنة و القشطة دا انت مش هتقدر تتخيل طعامته و جماله

و في كمان ((لهاليبو)) دا فطار لوحده بيتقدم في طاسة فيها بطاطس و بصل و فلفل الوان و عليهم الاومليت من فوق زي الفاهيتا كدة 🤩

ولازم تجرب طبق المش باللبنة 🌟 دا كان في اجماع انه عالمي 👍 بصراحة الاكل كله كان اوي حتى رغيف العيش البلدي بيتخبز عندهم و بيطلع حاجة مزيكا كدة

طريقة تقديم انتيكا، يعني الاطباق نفسها شيك و هتلاقي كمان كل حاجة ممكن يبقى نفسك فيها جنب الاكل ، زي طبق الليمون المعصفر و البتنجان المخلل الحرش، البتنجان المقلي مع قرنين فلفل اخضر دول اغراء رهيب 😋 جنبهم طبق السلطة الخضراء بألوانه اللي تفتح النفس 🥗 الحاجات دي بتدي عمق جميل للاكل 👌

بعد الفطار بقى انصحك تجرب بفطيرة "انا طنطاوي" عشان طنطا مشهورة بالحلويات، بتبقى بالقشطة و الحلاوة و البندق بالعسل 😍 ممكن كمان تطلب طبق قشطة بلدي بالعسل 🍯 "الاتنين احلى من بعض" و يا سلام بقى لو تحبس ببراد شاي او جرعة

كمان فرع مول اركان فيه اماكن indoor مكيفة و دورين outdoor القعدة و الهوا هناك يخلوك منسجم اوي و يا سلام بقى بقى على جرعة انتعاش كنتالوب او بطيخ 🍉 يرطب على قلبك

انت تستاهل تدلع نفسك يوم و تفطر الفطار دا...
