The first visit I had to this place make me decide to come again, the staff on the first time was friendly and polite. However my second visit left me really frustrated, and I even decided to leave before I order anything.
very sad to see a nice located and well designed place with such poor management or customer care, I tried to set indoor first but then I changed my plan because there was a man on a table next to me watching soccer match on his tablet on a loud volume ( I don’t know why he was big using his earphones) Then as I moved out an employee ( seems to be manager or supervisor because of his different uniform) acted like he doesn’t want me in the place, as the waitress was taking my order he stood close doing something with the TV and he turn his face to repeatedly give me the negative feedback about my questions, she was trying to help with my selection among the available items and his attitude was unprofessional, impolite, negative, cold shouldered, and dry responses with “no we don’t have this” or “no you can’t order this now”
I was not talking to him , and if he wants to take my order he is supposed to talk to me directly rather than turning his back to me and only respond to give me the negative answers “WITH AN ATTITUDE”
I don’t get it why he was such a snoop and gave me unwelcome feeling, and if did not want me as a customer he could’ve just told me since the beginning before I set and get ready to order
If he is really a manager or supervisor, it will be astonishing and I don’t understand how did he get to that position because for me he doesn’t know the first thing about customer service nor...

Read moreI went to Clay a couple of days ago for dinner, and got annoyed the minute I walked into the closed dinning hall upstairs. People are smoking cigarettes and hookas in every corner around us. There is no where in the world any restaurant allows smoking inside, even the Koshary shops, but Clay’s management is ok with that somehow. I understand that they allow smoking inside to bring more business, but surely they hurt their business by having many other customers avoid going there.
Food quality was below average and I’m not trying to be hard on them. Whoever cooks the Italian food there needs more training. The pasta I ordered with cream sauce was dry and chewy.
Lastly, the staff were nice and friendly and the ambience is nice, yet again, the much smoking inside created a bad experience for me...
