For the service..... Waiter opened no-free water prior to asking me to order. after I said ' I don't want water, I want coke, the waiter looks very angry. as a result, They need to have proper education and hire proper one. Anyway the manager apologized me. he is good manager.
For the food quality.... is not an best. I ordered nigiri and sashimi. The tuna is so not melted very well that I felt water taste on it or not fresh. The nigiri didn't have wasabi on it, which means chef doesn't have confidence i think. also, Thr rice on nigiri was not well cooked for sushi so that it was a little hard and big and anyway didn't give me a satisfaction with it. considering the price and luxurious interior and good location in the Heliopolis, the name of restaurant, called tokyo, there are lots of developments items I experienced especially for foods quality and some waiter service.
In addition, the make-up of menu doesn't have soup and fried rice which sushi restaurant are supposed to have while they have various western food such as ribeye with names tokyo which made customer expect way japanized traditional foods and menu make-up.
in summary, I think here is not the best sushi and sashimi place while still here is good location with good mood and...
