Staff attitude is not professional and comes of as rude , they need more training

It never disappoints, either going hy yourself jut gor peace and quiet time and have great desert that gets you out of any bad mode Or to go with family to have a nice outing, and many consider it Romantic

My favourite is Classic cinnabon with cheese frosting There'any other topings There's also a chocobon for those who wonts something with no cinnamon

The cold drinks are really nice and you can count on finding something new every time you go For thise who like coffee their latie is really nice according to my friends

Regarding the seatting is nice, but try to get the couch as it's more comfy

If you are going with a big group it's better for somone to arrive 15 min befire the rest to book I don't know if they have reservations or not

The staff is cooperative and helpful

Also I liked the music playing in the background

This branch is't very wide from the inside, but Zayed Branch has an outside seatting

Also the branchs in Mohandesin you are going to have some hard time...

Another unethical business. When you order at home their promotional package that has more than one Cinnabon, they send you old Cinnabons, NOT FRESH ones. They care more about getting rid of the old patch instead of selling quality cinnabons. Cinnabons should be eaten fresh out of the oven. If it exceeds more than 30 minutes according to their standards, it is not considered fresh. Yet they expect people who pay good money at home to eat...
