PAVONE Restaurant & Cafe — Restaurant in Giza

I’ve been trying a couple of places recently and this was not a good experience to be honest.

To begin with, I tried it at the morning for the place to be free, I advised the waiters that I wanted a smoke free area and they would be free to seat me whenever they’d like, given they would ensure no one would sit beside me and smoke. Someone did actually come and when I told them they moved me somewhere else and apologised, then someone else came and also smoked. This time they ignored me until I escalated it.

Every time I ordered food they would forget to bring cutlery and I’d have to call them again. This would take a lot of time as they seemed rather busy even though there were only 3 people, myself included in the cafe.

Lastly, the manager wasn’t very happy that I was hugging my fiancé which is extremely disrespectful.

The food was nice and the decoration of the place is good, but the whole staff including the manager needs to...

The place has always been my favourit, sadly this time it couldnt meet any of their standards. The food was okay i term of how quick you get what you ordered but the quality was awful, the chicken bbq pizza hardly has pizza and the juice was actually warm and the staff were not happy that i asked for ice even-though we couldnt drink it, the shisha was bad very bad untill the shisha guy came and had to change it still couldnt stay for more than ten minuits moreover it was dirty. Last but not least we were surprised by the lady spraying the fly killer while we were having food, i cant imagine that. The only good thing was the coffe and i will give it 9 out of ten- maybe because it was made by the machine. Am really sad of what changed...

Place is terrible not really important if the place it self looks good if the manager himself is totally impolite i was there with my mother first they told us that all tables are reserved while there were many empty places then when i debated with them how if there is no reserved label in them they provided one eventually then we ordered two cupuccino my mother and i the manger told the waiter to hurry up giving us the receipt while we didn’t asked her to and in a very bad silly way with a loud voice told her to keep them on the restaurant but to leave the table empty for other people who might order food or shishaa
