Fantastic food, beautiful setting, amazing service, inexpensive! Get the kofta and aubergine - best meal Ive had in Egypt (and Ive been here 3 weeks)! Great home-cooked meals in a beautiful garden steps from all the sites of the West Bank (it's located 15 steps from the central ticket office for all sites).

Also, knowing it can be hard sometimes in Egypt for tourists, the family that runs this restaurant also offers tours and taxi service at local prices. It was so refreshing to see locals who went out of their way to help me without expecting (or often in Egypt, demanding) money.

Incredibly welcoming family running a great restaurant - Egypt needs more places like this.
