Magalina Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Red Sea

Be prepared for possible food poisoning On the 13th of April I decided to go to Magalina Restaurant for dinner with my friends . I ordered a seafood Pizza, while I was eating it I realized it did not smell good and had a strange taste to it. I was shocked when I complained to the staff who decided to check it they pretended that was nothing wrong with it. Therefore since they were I assumed the professionals I trusted their judgement and continued to eat it because I was really hungry. Shortly after leaving Magalina Restaurant I quickly became sick with a violent series of vomitting and diarrhoea episodes and was forced to go to the hospital because i felt so ill . I was shocked at the attitude of the Restaurant staff who were completely negligent and disinterested when I complained showing a lack of care or concern or even to apologise and offer an Alternative dish. I found the whole incident and the way and manner i was dealt with totally unacceptable . Considering the owner is European I expected to receive a much higher standard of service, hygiene, ,quality control, customer car and attitude which she lacked. Unfortunately there are not so many places in Hurghada that will offer a consistent quality of food and service. But here you will get it every time! Menu is huge, offering so many kinds of international foods. For instance I'm a Ukrainian and was surprised to find traditional Ukrainian soup called borshch :) and it was surprisingly good! I've been there so many times by now and got never disappointed.

For those who will visit for the first time: the restaurant is located inside Esplanada mall. Any taxi driver will know. If you will drive with your car your own car - go by google maps, and what you'll reach Esplanada, go inside the parking behind the mall (its 10LE) and you will park right beside the restaurant....

I came from another area and we were sitting here for tourism... I sat for more than 20 minutes and no one came and took the order... I came to the workers there and told them that I had been sitting for a long time and they told me that if you did not like it you could leave this place... I did not I see in my life like this... and there were not many people..There were people sitting without clothes in this place...it was very shameful. People should be asked to dress up and come to this place...an experience that will never be...
