Edit: I find this response highly unprofessional. A professional establishment would typically provide contact information and invite dissatisfied customers to discuss their concerns privately, rather than making unfounded accusations in a public forum.
My friend has already replied to you, clarifying the situation, yet you continue to insist on a version of events that does not align with reality. Additionally, I have never seen a café enforce such restrictive and inconsistent policies while treating customers in this manner.
If you truly value customer feedback, I suggest revisiting how you handle complaints rather than responding defensively and inaccurately. Unfortunately, this has become a common issue between cafes and restaurants in Hurghada where they would discriminate against Egyptians when foreigners come into the place!!
The staff forces people out of their seats and keeps moving them around just to accommodate foreigners!?!??! Since when has this become normalized in any place ever! It is absolutely unprofessional, and this has happened to my friends as well. I've never seen in my life a waiter ask a seated customer to move somewhere else more than once! But it happened 3 to 4 times. (Mind you, the place isn't full, and the staff was very rude and kept insisting that the customer was at fault for not moving for the third time?!)
Even though this has happened in front of me, I'm never going...

If you check your cameras, you’ll see that I was interrupted three times while sitting quietly, not turning your place into a co-working space. Sending two emails from my personal laptop doesn’t mean I was taking over a table. I know how to read policies, and nothing I did violated them. Maybe instead of making assumptions, take a moment to reflect on how your actions made a customer feel unwelcome.
Visited Caffeine today. The food was okay, and the place had a good atmosphere. But the experience took a turn! I felt really disappointed when I was asked to move my table three times. Even after I refused, the manager or the staff manger idk the only one who was wearing a white shirt kept insisting until I had to pack up my things and leave. As an Egyptian, this felt like clear discrimination, and it was honestly upsetting. I just wanted to sit and get some work done, but instead, I was made to feel unwelcome. I really hope they work on treating all customers...
