Frankly, I didn't try that place for a strong reason which was the highly exaggerated prices; I did go on a safari trip with another tours office which was almost half the price of King Safari but was an utter waste of money, may be if I had gone with king, it could have been better, but you get what you pay for. And as for intolerant, reactionary, foolish, small-town business owners or "whatever", instead of unprofessionally & foolishly -supposedly- educating customers on "HOW REVIEWS USUALLY WORK"......may be such business-illiterate business owners should "USUALLY" consider the "competitive landscape" technical business term for dummies around them "MORE OFTEN", and what competitors offer and figure out a "competitive edge" another technical business term for the business, that's of course after carefully "segmenting" then "targeting" all're technical business terms their customers especially if they're not first timers in Dahab, who happened to have gone on other trips Private Ones with even like freelance trip brokers you "USUALLY" find in hotels, and turned out great and For almost half your price. Consider hiring a professional to run the business & thoughtfully respond to customers instead of leaving a small-town reactionary "SOMEONE" commenting on social...
Read moreWorst tour experience ever. The company lied to us about the options available, didn’t give the tour we purchased, and left us stranded on Mount Sinai for hours.
We were sold a “private” sunset St Catherine’s and Mount Sinai tour, because the manager claimed that “the is no evening bus and there are no people going.” When our “private” bus came to pick us up, there were three other people in the group, who told us that they were a part of the sunset tour (which the manager claimed was not available).
The monastery was closed for a holiday (which the manager claimed he didn’t know about, even as both the monks and the Bedouin told us the closing was announced in advance).
We wanted to leave (because we mostly came to see the monastery), but could not, because our “private” tour had three other people, who came to climb Mount Sinai.
Our “private” guide was also not private, but instead led the whole group of five people, so we could not go at the pace we wanted, stop at the mountain, or go back.
Through that entire time, I kept trying to contact the manager, Michael, to clarify the situation, but he kept refusing my calls, hanging up the phone on me during the conversation, not answering questions, and refusing to return money. It took me a lot of arguing to get even a...

We were told that entrance fee to Blue Lagoon is included in the trip, yet we had to argue at the entrance to the site that we already paid it because King Safari Dahab didn't inform trip organiser
We were promissed to have a lunch on the trip (Egyptian chicken, etc.). It turned out that the trip organizer also wasn't informed that we booked a lunch. We ended up without it. While we only wanted 80 EGP per person refund (the cheapest chicken meal in menu - see picture) King Safari offered us 50 EGP per person, arguing that "this is what meal costs them".
I am happy guys that you only pay 50 EGP but we had to pay more. If you negotiated with a trip organizer that transportation is, say, cost of 200 EGP and lunch (as part of this negotiation discount) is only 20 EGP would you only refund us 20 arguing that it is "your cost"?
Long story short we had to pay for their mistake. Not recommended.
FYI my snorkel mask was leaking and my friend had broken snorkel tube but we do not include it as a part of rating because you most likely won't find a better equipment in any other office. Tip: invest in your own...
