El Churrascaso Grill flagler — Restaurant in Miami Springs

I give it 1 star only because the food is really good and it doesn’t let me put 0. But the customer service has caused me to stop going.

I call in an order to pick up, they tell me it will be ready in 20 minutes so I arrive just before 20 minutes and they haven’t even started cooking it! Every single time!

I’ve even tried ordering for pick up and delivery on Uber eats. They make the delivery guy wait every time! Or when I do pick up through Uber eats, they never mark it as ready and they wait until I get there to start cooking. Tonight, I put in an order on Ubereats for Pick up. It was delayed 30 minutes so I called to ask. They said it was almost ready. I told them that I live right around the corner and can walk to the food truck being there in less than 5 minutes. They finally mark it as ready for pick up. I get there THEY HAVENT STARTED COOKING IT! The point of calling it in is to NOT have to wait 20-30 minutes in the parking lot!!!!! Full restaurant w/inside & outside dining w/outside being my fav! Service was Superb from start to finish. Valet, Door greeters, servers, photographer, buss boys. The menus are so 🔥🔥 even the To Go menu! Everyone was nice & helpful. We pulled up in a Sun night around 8ish...there was a wait but not long at all. The live music is a great touch. Drinks are amazing! Pictured below is the Passion fruit mojito. Also the lamb chops which had too much fat for my liking so I swap for Chicken breast which were butterly prepared seasoned to perfection & atop w/sauteed onions. I have never written a review for anything in my life. But this was a must! I went to eat at a food truck today with a coworker and was pleased to say this was truly the best food I have ever eaten at a food truck. I had chicken with bacon, white rice, and black beans. The meat was tender, well-seasoned, and you could even taste the lemon marinated in the meat. I met a gentleman by the name of Ernest, which did not steer me wrong. He gave me a Flan which I have tasted before, but this was truly the best Flan I have ever eaten. Unfortunately, I do not live in the area and was there for work. I wish I had this food truck where I live in St. Augustine. When I go back to work in Miami, I will be stopping to eat...
