We recently had an amazing shopping experience at Marshall’s, and I have to commend the staff for their exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm welcome. The store was well-organized, making it easy to navigate through the various sections.
One of the highlights of our visit was the staff’s attentiveness and willingness to help. We was looking for a specific item and was having trouble locating it. A staff member noticed I was searching and immediately came to assist me. Not only did they help me find the item, but they also provided suggestions on similar products that were on sale, ensuring I got the best value for my money.
The checkout process was smooth and efficient. The cashier was polite and even engaged in friendly conversation, making the experience all the more pleasant. It’s clear that the staff at this Marshall’s location take pride in their work and strive to provide top-notch customer service.

And I was satisfied with my purchases, but one thing that I've enjoyed SHOPPING was the perfume set " Stash " de Sarah Jessica Parker ( 25.00 plus tax) the set of perfume oil and perfume was delicious! Specially de oil with fragance ,I brought the set to Honduras and my sister was delighted, ( she enjoys making her own coconut oils and other scents mixed) so 2 weeks later came back to the store hoping to find more sets of " Stash" de SJP. and luckily found 2 more with bigger oil scent and bigger perfume ,( so i bought 2 at 29 95 each ) I will send one to my sis and keep another...
   Read moreThis is the worst Marshalls I've ever visited. I started to sweat from the moment I've stepped foot inside. The store or the mall needs to fix their AC. Also, the employees are really rude and lack customer service. The cashier I was unfortunate to deal with accused me of breaking an item I was trying to return and implying that if I broke it they would not be able to do a return 🙄 This hag couldn't accept the fact that the store sold me a broken item and threw my receipt paper on the counter after it took a long time for her to process my return.
