Biscuit Factory — Restaurant in San Salvador

Biscuit Factory is an outstanding place to enjoy a meal, and it absolutely deserves 5 stars. The food is amazing, and the breakfast we had was nothing short of fantastic. The coffee stood out as well—extremely flavorful, delicious, and strong, just the way it should be. I ate here with a group of six people, and the staff was very attentive, making sure everyone was well taken care of throughout our meal.

Probably the worst breakfast I had in Sivar. I got Frittata Rebecca, the food was tasteless. The potatoes with no garlic a d salt at all, the omelette and pastry were average, also not much flavor. There were no cherry tomatoes instead I got salsa ranchera. The breakfast came with juice and coffee, the juice was good, but the coffee was the worst I had in Sivar and they have no cream for the coffee.

There was a lot of noise and smell, because they decided to cut the plants when the place is open for customers. We almost couldn't hear the waiter over the noise...

En febrero de 1999, decidieron emprender un pequeño negocio de panadería buscando hacer todo el pan tradicional salvadoreño, pero en miniatura. Recopilaron muchas recetas de familia y las incorporaron a su menú.

Bajo la lógica que el pan dulce y café siempre van de la mano, incursionaron en el mundo del café; al principio sin saber mucho, pero siempre deseosos de aprender. En 2011, Antiguo Cuscatlán fue el primer local de la marca con el concepto de Coffee Shop, complementado con una oferta gastronómica propia de un Bistro. Con la fortuna de poder trabajar con los mejores cafés que esta tierra produce, se especializaron en su preparación; en 2016 y 2017 fueron Campeones Nacionales de Barismo y representaron a El Salvador en dos campeonatos mundiales de Baristas, lo que les ayudó a consolidarlos como un lugar para disfrutar de un buen café.

En agosto de 2017 dejaron la casa que les vio nacer en Merliot, para abrir las puertas en la colonia San Benito.
