Santa Burguesa — Restaurant in San Salvador

Let’s start by saying that the location is very good. You got the parking, you got clean tables and the inside is very cool. Place 10/10. Cool spot, very good music that you can even change the music to am spotify playlist and as well here is a good place to go for a burguer and a beer if you want to. Food is awesome. The burguers are tasty, the cheese is well melted not burner over the meat patty, bread doesn’t feel heavy, is the great combination about consistency and flavor. You can add extras to your burguer like me (see the picture) I added fry cheese I must say I dokt regret it. A friend of mine added jalapeños and she was surprised about the flavor combination on her burguer. They have great options that you can change your bread for “tostones” a deep fried platain so its gluten free. As well they have options for vegetarian; they offer veggie bowls or salad bowls. The fries come with the burguer and you can make them better with toppings. I must say that the bread of my friends burguer due to the juicy jalapeños was a little bit wet but still good flavor tho. The fries were very good, their “secret” sauce its good tasting, personally I didn’t like it that much, I rather ask for cheese on my fries. Overall was a good and tasty burguer. I will go for one...

Pésimo servicio por el que cobran propina. Literal te ponen el menú a la mesa sin ninguna gesticulacion facial de cortesía o empatia. Cero venta sugerida. Cero deseos de atender y vender. Una apatía Pésima.

Le pedí en una cuenta aparte una hamburguesa similar a la que nos comimos con mi hijo( nunca preguntó se la pongo ya o hasta medio comer o al final para que vaya caliente, nada de nada)

Como nos olvidaron al final me levanté al mostrador a pedir la cuenta para pagar y le digo ya está mi hamburguesa ? Y me dice ya me la vana dar y veo que la chica de cocina a tirar la carne Angus a la freidora.. cuando no tienen ni siquiera música, pésimo ambiente de servicio al cliente. Que deseos puede tener uno de quedarse a esperar aparte que tenia que ir a comprar.Ni modo la susoendi para pasar a otro lugar mucho más rápido por la cena de mi esposo.

Los empleados allí les pagan una buena parte de su salario para platicar de sus cosas ( típico de las horas valle) y no para atender al cliente como se merecen.

De verdad tiene mucho por mejorar. Es más se ven aburridos y desmotivados.

No vi presencia de gerente. REALMENTE TODOS CON EL MISMO PERFIL SERIO, APATICO Y ROBOTIZADO.

Terrible y triste. Puse una estrella por que ni modo pero se merecen menos 5 estrellas.

My expectations were very high but I was kinda disappointed. There's NO difference between the baby burger and the "thick" beside the price. I was expecting to be surprised but it didn't happen. It's a good concept but the execution is not the best. I'd hesitate before recommend this place to others. For what I paid I can get better...
