I feel so devastated making this review because I had great expectations. I’ve heard this place was the best of the best. The steak was unbelievably the worst steak I ever ate. The staff was barely visible and not great customer service. Food was just cold as ice. I’m not exaggerating on how bad quality of food we have been given. My rating isn’t even accurate it should be zero stars. If you looking for some great quality tasty steak and most importantly warm or hot this isn’t for you. Con un ambiente como del Lejano Oeste, que la mayoría de salvadoreños solo ha podido conocer a través de películas, como la legendaria “El bueno, el malo y el feo”, del italiano Sergio Leone; el restaurante Cowboy Steakhouse inauguró sus instalaciones con el concepto parrillero “all you can eat”.
Se encuentra ubicado sobre la Avenida El Almendro, San Salvador. Cowboy Steakhouse se instala con la idea de tener un espacio característico del viejo oeste.
La promoción de “all you can eat”, es decir, todo lo que se pueda comer se puede degustar de una carta de carnes de novillo, cerdo, pollo, cordero y conejo, adquiridos de granjas avícolas porcinas y ganaderas.
Además, el restaurante ofrece una amplia barra de ensaladas, aderezos y salsas que complementan los platillos, más una variedad de bebidas de un bar internacional; todo en un ambiente tranquilo y frío, lejos del ruido de la ciudad.
El ambiente como el viejo oeste se logró gracias al concepto de reciclar, reusar y reducir.
